Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data trafficLabs collects on trafficlabs.agency, why, and what rights you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is [company legal name], [street, postcode, city], Poland, NIP [NIP], operating as trafficLabs. You can reach us at hello@trafficlabs.agency.

What we collect and why

We collect only what a given interaction needs.

  • When you email us or book a call: your name, email address, company, and whatever you write to us. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • When you submit a form on this site: the fields you fill in, plus the time of submission and a hashed IP address used only to stop abuse. Legal basis as above.
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address and the consent you gave. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every message.
  • When you view a client report: a functional cookie that remembers the report you unlocked. It holds no personal data.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider records requests (IP address, browser, time) for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only after you unlock a client report. It is named tl_r_ followed by the report identifier, expires after 14 days, and contains a signed token, not personal data. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any in the future, we will ask for consent first and update this page.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers. Each processes data under a contract and only on our instructions.

  • Vercel Inc. (hosting and delivery of this website).
  • Zoho Corporation (business email and calendar, EU data center).
  • Cal.com (meeting scheduling), when you book a call through our booking page.
  • Resend (sending confirmation and notification emails).
  • MailerLite (newsletter delivery), only if you subscribe.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and call bookings: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we start working together and need the records for the contract.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Form anti-abuse data (hashed IP): 30 days.
  • Server logs: as set by the hosting provider, typically up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Write to us at hello@trafficlabs.agency.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

Changes to this policy

When we change what we collect or which providers we use, we update this page and the date above.
