Using the site
You may browse the site and use the contact, booking, and newsletter features for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to gain access to client reports you were not given a password for, probe or overload the site, or use its content to train or fine-tune machine learning models without our written permission.
Client reports
Password-protected reports are prepared for a named client and shared with them alone. The password and the report contents are confidential to that client. Access may be withdrawn at any time.
Content and intellectual property
Text, graphics, methodology descriptions, and code on this site belong to trafficLabs or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Anything more needs our permission.
No guarantees
The site is provided as is. Case results and figures describe past engagements and are not a promise of future outcomes. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law, including towards consumers.
Governing law
