/ Built for the era of
search everywhere.
trafficLabs is a Poland-based agency founded by three specialists who were tired of watching good companies lose buyers to competitors who simply understood the new rules first. We work with brands anywhere, measure where their buyers actually look, in Google and in AI answers, and build visibility where it turns into revenue.
Polish SEO grew up on other people's markets.
Polish search teams have been building for the US, the UK and Germany since the early 2000s, usually for clients who could not afford to lose. That means years in competitive, multilingual markets where technical depth decides.
We come from that school: international marketplaces, classifieds and SaaS, dozens of markets, and a habit of proving a result in numbers before claiming it.
We are extending it into search that happens in AI answers, and we want the work to be judged the same way.
Google still owns most clicks. ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews increasingly own the decision before the click. Brands that win the next decade are visible in both, and we measure both.
No content for the sake of volume, no link schemes. Each thing we ship has an expected effect, a number to watch and a date to check it. If we cannot model it, we do not sell it.
A ranking is an input. We report on revenue influenced, citations gained and buyers reached, on the same competitors every month.
We keep the roster small on purpose. The people on this page do the work. There is no junior account manager running a playbook.
Three co-founders.
One question.
Oskar follows the whole journey from a Google result or a ChatGPT answer to closed revenue, then puts the next budget where it returns the most. He builds the tools he works with, from a ranking-drop diagnostic agent to LLM citation tracking and a content scorer grounded in search patents. Earlier: Head of SEO at JamesEdition, SEO lead roles at OLX Group, Techstep and GetResponse.
LinkedIn →Michał builds the editorial systems that turn a brief into a page worth ranking and quoting. He treats content as an engineering problem as much as a creative one.
LinkedIn →Jakub tracks how AI answer engines decide what to cite and builds the frameworks that get clients into those answers. He leads all AI Search work at trafficLabs.
LinkedIn →Find out who your buyers find first.
Thirty minutes. We look at your site, your competitors and your AI Search presence, and tell you what we would do first. No deck.
